We all have times when we get upset,
And we may say or do things,
That we wouldn’t normally do,
Without thinking of how others will react to it.
We blind ourselves with the fury we feel,
That we forget the world did not stop,
To wait for us to adjust-it kept spinning.
Speak only those words,
And act out only those deeds,
That you would rather others remember.
In times when you are experiencing a bad mood,
And never let a bad moment,
Tarnish your reputation,
A reputation that you may not be able to get back,
For it is easier to break, than to build.
