Children are very impressionable beings;
They will do what they see,
And they will say what they hear.
They take advice from parents and guardians,
Oftentimes acting out when they would rather do otherwise.
But the duty of the parent is to teach and to guide,
For they won’t always be there to enforce the rules,
They so diligently teach.
So help them to follow your commands,
And exercise what they should know,
And let them act accordingly,
Trusting always that they will remember,
And make the right decisions.
