It is always polite to apologise,
After one has done wrong to another,
But what good is the apology,
If the same actions that prompted it continues?
When an apology is made,
It should be sincere and heartfelt,
Given with meaning,
And an intention not to repeat the behaviour.
If it is done only to cause the one who was wronged,
To feel better in the moment,
Then it would be better if it was not said at all.
Constantly apologising without meaning is an insult!
