It’s the little things that we do,
That determines the strength of our character,
A little white lie,
Can lead to so much damage;
It grows until it becomes an oak tree,
And then it gets impossible to cut.
Maintenance of a lie is hard work,
For it quickly becomes a network of lies,
Most difficult to keep track of.
It is always simpler to tell the truth,
Than to maintain a lie.
